Pay Attention

I have a big problem with deception.

I don’t like to be deceived.  It’s not to say I never deceived anyone.  I had very strict parents, and sometimes I had to tell them I was going to the library when, really, I just wanted to get out of the house, smoke a cigarette.  But that’s not the type of deception I’m talking about today.

This is more like mass hypnosis, almost.  Auto-suggestion.  Conditioning.  I really can’t take it anymore and I have this forum now to say something about it.

I love conserving my resources and saving money. I love being efficient.  I love being obedient.  My issue is not about being a good steward of my beautiful world.  My problem is that the “change” that is coming is so closely flaunted in front of our faces that we cannot see it. Change? Let me tell you something about “going green.”

My Jesus said, “Look up!”

Luke 21:28
And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

I know that in my profile I said I wouldn’t talk about politics here.  However, these United States are a part of my beautiful world, and I feel gifted to live here and speak freely and pray out loud.  God bless America, indeed.  I just want to know who’s looking up when the father of lies has bestowed these neat little boxes that keep us in touch with each other, up-to-date on current events and weather, AND CONSISTENTLY LOOKING DOWN.

I love my cell phone.  After all, it’s a portable computer for me.  Oh, it’s especially handy in an emergency when I’m out and about, and that’s why I bought one in the first place, isn’t it?  In case of emergency?  How pathetic it is, but how clever of the Devil, to keep everyone distracted from the Word of God, and to keep everyone looking down.  How many people do you know that don’t have one?

Guard your heart, and keep your eyes and ears open.  Don’t fall for everything you hear or see without checking it out first with our Father in Heaven.  Think about it, the Lord came down and spent time with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.  The serpent spoke.  What would have happened, if either Adam or Eve took the time to ask the Lord if what the serpent had told them was true or not?

Love u all, and God bless u

In your light, I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest, where no one sees you.
